An original ski lift gondola from the Austrian Alps, with a remarkable history and plenty of possibilities for a new purpose. These vintage gondolas originate from the famous ski area Snow Space Salzburg, including Flachau, where they transported winter sports enthusiasts through the mountains for years.
These authentic ski lift cabins are now available at Oldwood. A unique eye-catcher for anyone who loves winter sports, Austria, and a distinctive interior.
Every gondola has an authentic appearance and the characteristic details that belong to an original, used ski lift. That is precisely what makes a vintage ski gondola so special.
The gondolas are suitable for both private and commercial use and can be repurposed in various ways.
An old ski lift gondola offers surprisingly many possibilities:
Garden or terrace: create a special seating area with an authentic Alpine feel.
Hospitality: an original eye-catcher for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and après-ski bars.
Events and après-ski parties: use the gondola as decoration, a photo location, or for atmospheric styling.
Rental: a unique item for events, winter markets, and temporary presentations.
Chalets and holiday homes: bring the authentic atmosphere of the Austrian Alps to your own location.
These original ski lift gondolas come from Flachau, a well-known winter sports village in Austria. They have served in the mountains for many years and are now getting the chance at a second life.
With an old gondola, you are not just bringing a decorative object into your home, but a piece of genuine winter sports history.
Our vintage ski lift gondolas are part of the Oldwood Alpine collection and the new concept Das Alpenhaus Oldwood.
